Logitech Unveils Pebble 2 Combo Keyboard And Mouse In Time For College
The new Pebble 2 Combo kit of keyboard and mouse is available in a Windows and Mac version.
Logitech has been busy these past few months with many new product launches. The latest from the Swiss peripheral brand is the new Pebble 2 Combo. There are two versions of the mouse and keyboard set: one for PCs and one with a dedicated Mac layout.
The Pebble 2 Combo consists of the Pebble Mouse 2 M350s and the Pebble Keys 2 K380s. Together, they form a lightweight and affordable mouse and keyboard combo that goes on sale just in time for the big return to school and college.
The Mac version of the minimalist keyboard and mouse is available in three fresh colors: Tonal Graphite, Tonal White, and Tonal Blue. Meanwhile, the PC version is available in Tonal Graphite, Tonal White, Tonal Rose, Tonal Sand, and Tonal Blue. All the Pebble 2 items are made using recycled plastic.
The Logitech Pebble 2 Combo kit features super-quiet keys and mouse buttons.
The Mac version of the Pebble 2 Keys K380 for Mac has a dedicated layout for macOS. It includes Fn shortcut keys such as screen capture, emoji menu, voice dictation and brightness levels if you have a MacBook, iMac or Apple Studio Display. The keyboard and mouse can be customized by using the excellent Logi Options+.
Both the keyboard and the mouse in the kit have been engineered to be virtually silent and the Silent Touch technology used on the Pebble 2 mouse removes 90% of click noise from the rodent’s buttons.
Thanks to Bluetooth, the Pebble 2 keyboard and mouse can be paired with up to three wireless Apple devices and it’s easy to switch between them with a tap of the Easy-Switch button. The Combo kit can be easily used with a Mac, PC, tablet or smartphone with three possible connectable devices. The devices also ship with Logitech’s ultra-secure Bolt wireless dongle.

Perhaps the most impressive thing about Logitech’s keyboard and mouse technology is that it has taken power saving to new levels. The Pebble 2 Keys has a three-year battery life, while the Pebble 2 Mouse has a two-year battery life when the mouse is in auto sleep power-saving mode. If only other peripheral manufacturers could make their product so power efficient.
Logitech is keen on sustainability and makes a big deal of its responsibly sourced packaging. The company sells millions of products each year, so using recycled plastic and responsibly sourced paper makes a big difference to the sustainability of these products.
Pricing & Availability: The Pebble 2 Combo mouse and keyboard set for Mac and PC are available now and cost $59.99, which is good value.
