What Makes the Game More Classic and Immersive?

South Korean game studio Krafton came up with some good news for gaming enthusiasts. The studio is all set to launch its NFT-driven Metaverse game ‘Overdare’, previously known as Project Migaloo. Surprisingly, the company developed its own blockchain named ‘Settlus’ for this particular game.

The blockchain network is all set to revolutionize NFT-inspired gaming, reshaping gaming and the Metaverse. Addressing the features of Overdare, the game is to offer a similar resemblance to the mobile game platform Roblox, powered by Epic Games’ Unreal Engine 5. Overdare is an open-world Metaverse game developed over the Settlus blockchain. Created using generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, the game platform will help gamers design their own shooter games, action Role-playing Games (RPGs), and many more. Live chat with the players and the creation of customized avatars also make the platform classic and immersive.

The extraordinary potential of the game to craft its own games, characters, and rare gaming items, offers a limitless experience to gamers. It is not just a game, it is a platform to boost social interaction between communities.

The project is going to be launched under the collaboration with Naver Z, an Augmented Reality (AR) technology company. 85% stake in the Overdare game is retained by Krafton Studio whereas the remaining is under the Naver Z holding. The game works on the concept of create-to-earn game economy, allowing users to buy and sell the Non-fungible tokens (NFTs). One of the main reasons for the blending of the NFT concept in the game is to offer transparent and secure transactions.
